Off Peak Cars - Total Population
Description
Land Transport Authority CSV of Singapore’s total off-peak car population from January 2013 through February 2018. Off-peak cars (OPC) include Weekend Cars (WEC) and Revised OPCs (ROPC). Columns cover month and vehicle count. Transport planners track how the OPC scheme’s registered fleet changed before later vehicle policy updates (series M061).
