Data from 2021 onwards are based on Singapore residents (i.e. Singapore citizens and permanent residents) aged 16 to 74 years old. Data are collected on a yearly basis based on the corresponding skills, according to Sustainable Development Goals' Indicator Metadata. Data are used for SDG 4.4.1 'Proportion of youth and adults with information and communications technology (ICT) skills, by type of skill'.
