本数据集由新加坡统计局发布，以CSV按年统计青年与成人具备ICT技能的比例，按性别、年龄组及技能类型分类，数据源自资讯通信媒体发展局（2016–2025年）。脚注说明2016–2020年与2021年起覆盖年龄范围的变化，并与SDG 4.4.1指标对应。适用于数字素养与技能政策监测。改编自：https://tablebuilder.singstat.gov.sg/table/TS/M850851
