Description

Annual pupil–teacher ratios in Singapore primary schools from 1981 through 2024, published by the Ministry of Education in CSV. Education planners monitor class-size proxies and teaching resource intensity across the primary sector over four decades.

Official description

(1) The ratio of students to teaching staff or what is known as the Pupil-Teacher Ratio (PTR), is the number of primary students divided by the number of teachers in primary schools.
