Description

Census of Population 2000 table on Singapore's resident ever-married females aged 15 years and over, cross-tabulated by age group, age at first marriage, and economic activity status. The 22 columns group respondents into total, economically active, and economically inactive, each broken down by age at first marriage from below 20 through 40 and over. Demographers and gender-economics researchers use the table to study how marriage timing relates to women's labour-force participation. Adapted from SingStat TableBuilder CT/8867.
