REST Web Service which returns list of suggested reads from NLB's libraries, based from NLB recommendation service. ⠀ These APIs are hosted by NLB - hence, an API key is required for access; please request for one using the [Open Web Service Application Form](https://go.gov.sg/nlblabs-form).
