Annual Singapore water price series from 1996 through 2026 in SingStat CSV sourced from MSE and PUB, priced per cubic metre at end-December each year excluding GST. 2025 reflects tariffs effective 1 April 2025. Household economists and utilities researchers track cost-of-living and conservation policy impacts.

Water is charged by per cubic metre, which is equivalent to 1,000 litres. Excludes Goods and Services Tax. Water prices remain unchanged unless revised.
