简介
本数据集由人力部劳工市场调查发布，以CSV提供1998年至2025年按行业划分的季度平均月度招聘率（月招聘相对平均雇员数）；2006年起纳入公共部门。便于分行业招聘景气分析。
官方简介
某季度平均月度招聘率定义为该季度各月招聘人数平均值除以机构平均雇员人数；年度数字为各季度简单平均。 来源：人力部劳工市场调查，人力研究与统计处。 2006年前数据仅涵盖至少25名雇员的私营机构；2006年起纳入公共部门。
