简介
本数据集由人力部发布，以CSV提供1998年至2025年新加坡各行业与职业的平均月辞职率，共3,462行。辞职率为季度内每月辞职人数平均值除以机构平均雇员人数，年度数字为各季度的简单平均值；2006年起数据亦涵盖公共部门。便于人力资源与劳动经济分析比较各行业及职业的自愿离职情况。

季度内的平均月辞职率，是指该季度内每月辞职人数的平均值除以机构的平均雇员人数。年度数字为各季度数字的简单平均值。 来源：劳动力市场调查，人力研究与统计司，人力部 2006年以前，数据仅涵盖私营机构（每家至少25名雇员）；自2006年起，亦包括公共部门。
