简介
本数据集由人力部发布，以CSV提供1998年至2025年新加坡按行业划分的平均每月辞职率（季度）；定义为季度内每月辞职人数均值除以机构雇员平均数，年度为各季简单平均。2006年前仅含至少25名雇员的私营机构，其后含公共部门。便于追踪行业流动与留任压力。
