本数据集由人力部发布，以CSV提供1998年至2025年新加坡按职业划分的平均每月辞职率季度数据；辞职率为季内每月辞职人数平均值除以机构平均雇员人数。2006年起覆盖范围扩及公共部门，便于监测各职业离职流动。
官方简介
一季内平均每月辞职率指该季每月辞职人数的平均值除以机构平均雇员人数。年度数字为各季度数字的简单平均。 来源：就业市场调查，人力研究与统计司，人力部 2006年以前，数据涵盖每家至少25名雇员的私营机构。自2006年起亦包括公共部门。
