简介
本数据集由人力部根据劳动力市场调查发布，以CSV格式按年度、行业与职业提供新加坡裁员发生率，即每千名雇员中的裁员人数。裁员定义与季度裁员统计一致；2006年前为至少25名雇员的私营机构，2006年起纳入公共部门。可用于比较不同行业与职业的经济下行期冗余强度及结构性调整。

裁员指因冗余而解雇永久雇员，以及因冗余而提前终止定期合同雇员。裁员发生率指每千名雇员中的裁员人数。来源：劳动力市场调查，人力部人力研究与统计处。2006年之前，数据仅涵盖私营部门机构（每家至少25名雇员）；自2006年起亦包括公共部门。
