官方简介
裁员指因冗余而解雇永久雇员，以及因冗余提前终止定期合同雇员。裁员发生率指每千名雇员中被裁员工人数。来源：人力部劳动力市场调查、人力研究与统计处。2006年前数据仅涵盖私营机构（至少25名雇员）；2006年起亦包含公共部门。
