按工人类别划分的劳资仲裁法庭裁决数
简介
本数据集由人力部发布，以CSV统计2005年至2018年新加坡劳资仲裁法庭（IAC）按受涵盖工人类别划分的裁决数量，字段含年份、工人类别与裁决数。可观察哪些职业群体最常被法庭核证的协议与仲裁裁决所覆盖。分类于2013年调整：原“专业人士、经理、执行人员与技术人员”拆分为两类，“生产与运输操作员、清洁工与劳工”改为“生产、运输与体力工人”，并新增“海事船副与海员”类别。劳资关系研究者在跨越该断点比较时须留意分类变动。

2013年，受涵盖工人类别的分类进行了重新划分。“专业人士、经理、执行人员与技术人员”拆分为“专业人士、经理与执行人员”及“助理专业人士与技术人员”两个新类别。“生产与运输操作员、清洁工与劳工”被新类别“生产、运输与体力工人”取代。此外，新增“海事船副与海员”类别，并自2013年起开始统计。
