裁员指因冗员而终止长期雇员，以及因冗员而提前终止定期合约雇员。 来源：劳动力调查，人力研究与统计司，人力部 2006年以前，数据涵盖私营机构（各机构至少有25名雇员）。自2006年起，亦包括公共部门。
