官方简介
裁员指因冗员而解雇永久雇员，以及因冗员提前终止定期合约雇员。 来源：人力资源部人力研究与统计司劳动力市场调查。2006年前数据仅涵盖雇员不少于25人的私营机构；自2006年起亦包括公营部门。
