HDB住宅售出与出租单位数量
简介
本数据集由建屋发展局发布，以CSV提供2006/07至2024/25财年按物业类型、类别及房型划分的售出与出租HDB单位数量；售出以发钥匙为准，出租为公共租赁计划单位。便于分析公共住房供应与租赁存量。
官方简介
单位仅在申请人领取钥匙后计为售出，因此包含当财年预订及以往财年预订仍在建中的单位。 2011财年之前数据不含Studio公寓及私人开发商在Design, Build and Sell Scheme下交付的钥匙。 出租数据指出租于公共租赁计划下的单位。
