公共服务署发布按年资、行政级别、公共服务部门及年度统计的人员编制数据，2010年至2025年，涵盖公务员与法定机构；法定机构分项自2012年起提供。适用于公共部门人力规划、留任与继任及治理研究，可比较不同部门年资结构差异。
