Description
Public Service Division statistics on staff strength by tenure, executive level, public service sector, and year from 2010 through 2025. Figures combine Civil Service and statutory boards, with statutory board breakdowns available only from 2012 onward. HR planners and governance researchers compare tenure distributions across sectors to inform workforce succession and retention policies in Singapore’s public sector.
