国家法院年度案件量
简介
本数据集由国家法院发布，以CSV提供2011年至2024年按主要案件类型、类别、子类别及数量统计的年度案件量（截至2024年12月31日）。说明涵盖家庭/少年与遗嘱认证排除、防止骚扰法庭调整、社区与就业审裁处以及《2021年法院规则》更名等；跨年趋势分析须谨慎。

本数据集提供国家法院2011年至2024年按案件类型划分的年度案件量数据。 说明： (1) 数据截至2024年12月31日准确。 (2) 自2014年起，家庭与少年案件不再计入国家法院案件量。 (3) ［案件类型：家庭与少年，类别：少年法庭］—超越父母管教令与儿童保护令按少年人数计。 (4) 自2015年起，遗嘱认证案件不再计入国家法院案件量。 (5) ［案件类型：刑事，类别：刑事及部门/法定机构］—刑事控状包括地方法庭逮捕案件（DAC）、推事法庭逮捕案件（MAC）及其他类型控状。 (6) 依据《防止骚扰法令》提出的保护令/禁止发布令申请自2014年11月15日起受理。虚假陈述令申请自2020年4月1日起生效，禁止发布令（NPO）条文其后废止。随着防止骚扰法庭于2021年6月1日运作，相关案件子类别说明由“原诉传票—保护令/虚假陈述令申请”修订为“防止骚扰法庭案件”。防止骚扰法庭审理该法令下与骚扰、跟踪、网络霸凌及其他引起惊慌或困扰行为有关的事宜。 (7) 社区纠纷解决审裁处申索自2015年10月1日起受理。 (8) 就业申索审裁处申索自2017年4月1日起受理。 (9) 自2015年起，小额申索审裁处申索归类为社区法院与审裁处案件；2015年前归类为民事案件。 (10) 2011年至2017年所有推事投诉均归类为刑事案件。自2018年1月2日起，仅非关系性推事投诉（例如版权事宜）归类为刑事案件，其余推事投诉归类为社区法院与审裁处案件。 (11) 自2022年4月1日起，依据《2021年法院规则》，传讯令状称为原诉申索；在特定情况下，依据《2014年法院规则》提交的传讯令状在2022年4月1日后仍适用。 (12) 自2022年4月1日起，依据《2021年法院规则》，原诉传票称为原诉申请；在特定情况下，依据《2014年法院规则》提交的原诉传票在2022年4月1日后仍适用。 (13) ［案件类型：民事，类别：中间申请］—自2023年起中间申请不再进一步细分。 (14) 因历年案件分类结构有变，进行跨年时间序列分析时应谨慎。
