本数据集由人力部发布，以CSV提供2019年至2025年（六月份、两年移动平均）15至64岁残疾居民中不在劳动力者按未工作主要原因划分的分布，含教育/培训相关及灰心不求职等类别。移动平均用于平滑小样本波动，便于监测包容性劳动力市场。
官方简介
1）数据为六月份时期。 2）数据基于两年移动平均，例如2019年为2018年与2019年的平均。采用两年移动平均是为平滑因残疾人数相对较少而导致的同比波动。 3）“教育/培训相关”包括全日制求学、兼读求学、等待学年开始、等待国民服役（NS）入伍、等待考试成绩及参加课程/培训。 4）“灰心不求职”指不在劳动力、且因认为求职不会有结果而未积极找工作的人士。灰心原因包括：（a）认为没有合适工作；（b）雇主歧视（例如偏好较年轻工人）；（c）缺乏必要学历、培训、技能或经验。
