Taxable Tax Resident and Non-Tax Resident Companies by Income Group, Annual

Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) corporate tax statistics in this collection break down taxable resident and non-resident companies by chargeable income ranges from Year of Assessment 2005 through 2022. CSV datasets cover counts, chargeable income amounts, and net tax assessed on a preceding-year basis with figures stated as at 31 March after each YA. Tax analysts and economists studying corporate tax incidence across income bands can reconcile the two resident-type tables. Income is assessed under IRAS definitions and does not include self-employed individuals.

Official description

Number of companies, amount of chargeable income and net tax assessed of taxable tax resident and non-tax resident companies by chargeable income ranges for Year of Assessment (YA)2005 onwards. Income is assessed on a preceding year basis. The basis period for any YA is the financial year ending in the year preceding the YA. * All figures are as at 31 March of the following year for each Year of Assessment (e.g. the YA2024 figures are as at 31 March 2026).
