Bunker Sales Total, Monthly
Description
Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore CSV of total monthly bunker sales in the Port of Singapore, measured in tonnes, from January 1995 through May 2026. Each row pairs a month with the tonnage sold, giving a long and consistent series for the world's largest bunkering hub. Shipping analysts, energy traders, and economists read it as a barometer of global vessel traffic and marine fuel demand, and use it to study the effects of the IMO 2020 sulphur cap, pandemic disruption, and the shift toward alternative marine fuels. Figures for the latest month are preliminary estimates.
