Urban Redevelopment Authority quarterly CSV of Executive Condominium (EC) units launched and sold in Singapore from 2008 through 1Q 2026, with launch status, type of sale, and unit counts. Property analysts track EC developer sales; pre-2015 figures rely on SLA caveats, while from 1Q 2015 data use IRAS Stamp Duty records.
Official description
Units sold directly by developers is compiled from licensed developers’ returns based on options issued by developers. With effect from 25 May 2015, the returns have been submitted to URA on a weekly basis. Data before 2015 are based on caveats lodged with SLA. Since 1Q/2015, the data are compiled from Stamp Duty records at IRAS.
