Number of members under housing schemes as at end of quarter
Description
Central Provident Fund Board quarterly CSV of CPF members who withdrew under the Public Housing (HDB flats) and Private Housing schemes and still own property at quarter-end, from 2006 through early 2026. Fields cover quarter, housing scheme type, and member counts rounded to the nearest thousand; Public Housing Scheme figures were revised from 2014 due to participation criteria changes. Housing and CPF researchers track how many scheme participants remain property owners over time in Singapore.
Official description
Refers to number of members who withdrew under Public Housing (HDB flats) & Private Housing Scheme and still own property as at end of quarter. Figures for Public Housing Scheme are revised from 2014 onwards, due to changes in criteria defining PHS participation. Figures are rounded to the nearest thousand.
