Sport & Exercise Participation Level - Overall
Description
Sport Singapore CSV of overall sport and exercise participation levels among Singapore residents aged 13 and above from 2019 through 2025, with each year split into regular, irregular, inactive and non-participant shares. Data come from the National Sport & Exercise Participation Survey (NSPS), collected continuously through the year with annual samples of at least 4,500 and weighted to reflect the population. Regular means at least once a week in a month, while irregular means less than once a week. Sport administrators and public-health analysts use it to track activity trends.
