Sport Singapore CSV of the top 10 sports and exercises in Singapore segmented by sex, with values for each National Sport & Exercise Participation Survey (NSPS) year from 2019 through 2025. Rows pair sex with an activity and yearly columns give the figures, revealing where male and female participation preferences converge or diverge. Sport agencies, programme planners and researchers use it to spot gender gaps in participation and to shape activities that broaden involvement among both men and women.
