Direct Requirement Coefficients (Supply, Use and Input-Output Tables 2019)

Direct requirement coefficients for Singapore's industries, derived from the Industry by Industry Input-Output Table in the Supply, Use and Input-Output Tables 2019 published by the Singapore Department of Statistics. Each column shows the inputs needed for every 1,000 units of an industry's output, split into direct inputs from other industries, imports of goods and services, taxes less subsidies on products, and income components of value added. Columns cover some fifty detailed industry groups spanning agriculture, food, chemicals, semiconductors, machinery, transport equipment, and utilities. Economists use the coefficients for production-structure modelling, cost pass-through studies, and building Leontief multipliers for the Singapore economy.
