Resale Flat Prices

Housing & Development Board (HDB) open data is the authoritative source for Singapore HDB resale flat prices and transaction records from 1990 onward. Five CSV datasets partition history by whether dates follow approval before March 2012 or registration from March 2012 and later sub-periods. Home buyers, economists, and journalists chart public housing affordability and turnover using monthly updated files through early 2024 in the catalog. The collection underpins much public analysis of Singapore’s largest housing segment.
