This dataset contains resale flat transaction prices recorded based on the registration date, covering the period from March 2012 to December 2014. It provides historical Singapore public-housing resale market information published by the Housing & Development Board (HDB), supporting analysis of resale prices over the stated time period and across the geographic areas represented in the transaction records. Approximate floor area may include recess area, upgrading-programme space or roof terrace. Resale prices should be taken as indicative only as the resale prices agreed between buyers and sellers are dependent on many factors.
