Description
Housing & Development Board table tracking the completion status of HDB residential units by town or estate in Singapore, spanning financial years from 2008 to March 2025. Each row records the financial year, the town or estate, whether the units are HDB or DBSS, the status, and the number of units involved. The DBSS flag separates the Design, Build and Sell Scheme projects from standard HDB developments. Housing analysts, planners, and researchers use the series to follow the public housing construction pipeline town by town and to see where completed stock has been added over time.
