Master Plan 2019 SDCP Landed Housing Area Leader Line layer (GEOJSON)
Description
Urban Redevelopment Authority GeoJSON layer containing the leader lines that connect text labels to landed housing areas in Singapore's Landed Housing Area Plan, dated March 2023. The Landed Housing Area Plan is a Special and Detailed Control Plan (SDCP) that sets out guidelines and controls for specific development areas. This layer is a cartographic annotation aid rather than a set of planning boundaries, so it is used together with the landed housing area polygons themselves. URA notes the information has been superseded by the Draft Master Plan 2025 (DMP25) as of June 2025, making the layer most useful as a historical planning reference.
