Urban Redevelopment Authority GeoJSON of Master Plan 2025 planning area boundaries excluding sea extents, with coverage from December 2025. GIS users overlay URA planning areas for land-use analysis knowing marine areas are omitted and boundaries may not match every existing development.

Indicative polygon of planning area boundary with sea area excluded. To facilitate urban planning, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) divides Singapore into regions and planning areas. The Master Plan is a forward looking guiding plan for Singapore's development in the medium term over the next 10 to 15 years and the planning boundaries may not coincide with existing developments for some areas.
