Description
Ministry of Manpower biennial CSV on average days of paid sick leave taken in Singapore by type of employee, covering mid-year reference periods from 2007 through 2023. Metrics include average days per absentee and per employee for private establishments with at least 25 employees and the public sector. HR and labour-policy analysts compare leave utilisation across employee categories over time.
