Description
Ministry of Manpower annual CSV from 2005 through 2018 on collective agreements certified in Singapore by type of workers covered. The 2013 reclassification split PMET categories and introduced production, transport and manual workers and maritime officers. Industrial-relations researchers track union coverage.
Official description
Categories of employees covered by collective agreements certified. In 2013, there was a re-categorisation of categories for the type of workers covered. 'Professionals, Managers, Executives & Technicians' was broken down to 2 new categories- 'Professionals, Managers & Executives' and 'Associate Professionals & Technicians'. 'Production & Transport Operators, Cleaners & Labourers' was replaced by a new category 'Production, Transport & Manual Workers'. In addition, a new category, 'Maritime Officers & Seaman' was created and tracked from 2013.
