Ministry of Manpower topline CSV on the distribution of full-time employees in Singapore by annual leave entitlement for mid-year reference periods from 2008 through 2024. Covers private establishments with at least 25 employees and the public sector; data are biennial. HR and labour researchers benchmark paid leave entitlements.

(2) '14 days & below' includes employees who were not entitled to a fixed number of paid annual leave days. (3) Data may not add up due to rounding. (4) Data are available biennially.
