Description

Quarterly Ministry of Manpower Labour Market Survey counts of employees on short work-week or temporary layoff by occupation from 1998 onward. The CSV captures cyclical labour adjustments during downturns, with coverage expanding to the public sector from 2006, supporting workforce vulnerability analysis in Singapore.

Source: Labour Market Survey, Manpower Research & Statistics Department, MOM Before 2006, data pertain to private sector establishments (each with at least 25 employees). From 2006 onwards, it also includes the public sector.
