Description
Annual Ministry of Manpower CSV of Singapore job vacancy rates from 1998 through 2025, broken down by industry and occupation. The rate equals vacancies divided by total manpower demand at quarter-end per the Labour Market Survey, with public-sector coverage from 2006. Labour economists compare hiring tightness across sectors and occupational groups.
Official description
Job Vacancy Rate for a quarter is defined as the total number of job vacancies divided by the total demand for manpower at the end of the quarter. Source: Labour Market Survey, Manpower Research & Statistics Department, MOM Before 2006, data pertain to private sector establishments (each with at least 25 employees). From 2006 onwards, it also includes the public sector.
