Description
Ministry of Manpower Labour Market Survey CSV of annual retrenchments of term-contract employees in Singapore from 1998 through 2025. Columns cover year and retrenchment counts; before 2006 figures cover private establishments with at least 25 employees, and from 2006 the public sector is included. Labour analysts track redundancy among fixed-term workers across the labour market cycle.

Retrenchment of Term Contract Employees refers to early termination of term contract employees due to redundancy. Source: Labour Market Survey, Manpower Research & Statistics Department, MOM Before 2006, data pertain to private sector establishments (each with at least 25 employees). From 2006 onwards, it also includes the public sector.
