Overall SPS Population
Description
Overall Singapore Prison Service population from 2017 through 2025, published in CSV format with fields for year, type of population, and number of persons. The dataset covers both the incare population held in institutions and the community corrections population supervised outside prison, giving a combined view of people under SPS supervision. Criminal justice researchers, policy analysts, and rehabilitation organisations use it to track incarceration levels, the shift toward community-based supervision, and demand for rehabilitation and reintegration programmes.
