Description
Ministry of Manpower CSV from 2010 through 2025 on unemployed Singapore residents aged 15 and over who previously worked, by June reference month, age, previous industry (SSIC 2020, with earlier years back-mapped), and sex. Excludes jobseekers without work experience; residents are citizens and permanent residents. Analysts study layoff patterns and industry transitions after employment spells.

1. Reference month of June 2. Data exclude unemployed residents without work experience. 3. Residents refer to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents. 4. Data are classified based on Singapore Standard Industrial Classification (SSIC) 2020. Data before year 2020 which were coded based on earlier versions of the SSIC were mapped to SSIC 2020 as far as possible to facilitate data comparability.
