Proportion Of Establishments Offering Employees' Choice Of Days Off/Shift Swapping/Time Banking/Flexi-Shift - Industry (Level 1)
Description
Ministry of Manpower CSV showing the proportion of establishments in Singapore offering scheduled flexible work arrangements, broken down by broad industry (Level 1) for the years 2022 to 2025. Four arrangement types are reported separately: employees' choice of days off, shift swapping, time banking and flexi-shift. Data come from the Conditions of Employment Survey, supplemented by an MOM survey in 2023 and 2025 when the main survey was not run, and cover private establishments with at least 25 employees plus the public sector, for permanent staff and term contracts of at least a year.

Source: Conditions of Employment Survey, Manpower Research and Statistics Department, MOM Notes: (1) For the years in which the Conditions of Employment Survey (i.e., 2023 and 2025) was not conducted, data on flexible work arrangements are obtained from a MOM Supplementary Survey. (2) Data pertain to private sector establishments each with at least 25 employees and the public sector. (3) Data pertain to permanent employees and employees on term contract of at least one year. (4) Figures refer to establishments offering the respective types of scheduled flexible work arrangements as a proportion of all establishments. (5) 'n.a.': Data were not collected for the year.
