Description
Ministry of Manpower CSV on the share of Singapore establishments offering employees’ choice of days off, shift swapping, time banking, or flexi-shift, by Level 2 industry for mid-year periods from 2022 through 2025. Covers private establishments with at least 25 employees and the public sector. HR and labour-policy analysts compare scheduled FWA uptake across detailed industries.

Source: Conditions of Employment Survey, Manpower Research and Statistics Department, MOM Notes: (1) For the years in which the Conditions of Employment Survey (i.e., 2023 and 2025) was not conducted, data on flexible work arrangements are obtained from a MOM Supplementary Survey. (2) Data pertain to private sector establishments each with at least 25 employees and the public sector. (3) Data pertain to permanent employees and employees on term contract of at least one year. (4) Figures refer to establishments offering the respective types of scheduled flexible work arrangements as a proportion of all establishments. (5) 'n.a.': Data were not collected for the year.
