Resident Unemployment Rate By Age, Highest Qualification Attained And Sex

Description

Ministry of Manpower series of resident unemployment rates in Singapore from 2010 to 2025, cross-classified by sex, age group, and highest qualification attained. The 768 rows each report a non-seasonally adjusted unemployment rate for one combination of those categories, with June as the reference month for every year. Residents here means Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, and the figures come from the Comprehensive Labour Force Survey run by MOM's Manpower Research and Statistics Department. Labour market economists, workforce planners, and policy analysts use the breakdown to compare joblessness among younger and older workers and across education levels.
