This annual series records the number of judges and judicial officers in Singapore's Supreme Court, with data supplied by the Supreme Court and published through the Singapore Department of Statistics. The table is laid out as a time series in which each row is a category of judicial appointment and each column a year, with counts taken as at the end of December. Coverage is continuous for recent years but thins out further back, with columns for 2000, 2005 and 2010 before annual reporting resumes from 2012 onwards. It is a useful indicator of judicial capacity for legal researchers, and supports comparisons of bench size against caseload and population over time.
